YOGA NIDRA // 19:45 – 20:45
right after Roberta’s yoga class and as a perfect complement, we will practise a meditative form of yoga; yoda nidra! Translated as yoga of the sleep. It’s a systematic unfolding of physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The body remains still while awareness moves gradually through the body and the more subtler dimensions of the breath and mind. While consciousness floats on the tipping point between waking and sleeping, momentarily disengaged from the body, a clear path is provided to the subconscious, intuitive mind.
We will start with some light stretches (pawanmuktasana) for the people not joining the yoga class before, and after that all you’ll have to do is lie down comfortably and let yourself be carried away by the guidance of my voice.
– Wear something comfortable and WARM (We’ve got blankets to keep you warm as well). But don’t worry about it too much as of most of the time you will be lying down.

– The class is donation based and everybody is welcome. Just give what you can, if that’s just some good vibes, that’s more than enough!
